If your NBT products have not yet shipped, feel free to reference your confirmation email for your most up-to-date shipping estimation. If for any reason you have not received a confirmation email or haven't heard from us and your estimated shipping window has passed, email our Customer Support Team at [email protected] with your order number and we're more than happy to check in on your order status. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information.
