I think my order is lost?Updated 7 months ago

If your tracking status doesn't update after a week of shipping out or if the estimated delivery date is continuously getting pushed back, then your package may be lost with the carrier. Please email our Customer Support Team at [email protected].


Please note that if your order hasn't shipped out yet, then your package is not lost. You would have had to receive updated tracking information of the order being shipped out for the order to be considered lost.
