How do I start a return/exchange?Updated 4 months ago
All of our products carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, offering free exchanges and easy returns. All items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags, and legible barcode. Items marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
For exchanges, keep the armor set to use with your new item. For refunds or store credit, both the item and armor set must be selected in the return portal and returned to complete the refund process.
